Elbow River Casino Calgary retains all rights, titles and interests to its property, including intellectual property.

a) We reserve the right to deny access to anyone deemed to be under the influence of intoxicating liquor;b) Access is limited to gaming areas during operating hours as designated on our website and at each entrance;

a) Any losses arising from incorrect information provided on our website;b) Damages resulting directly or indirectly from access to or use of the services, products and facilities offered at Elbow River Casino Calgary;

14. GOVERNING LAW

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event a dispute arises between you and us regarding these Terms and Conditions, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve it through negotiation or mediation prior to litigation.

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
